Tracked shipping, worldwide

Every LUMÉ order ships with tracking. Any shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Delivery estimates

United States: 7–15 business days after processing
Canada, UK & Europe: 10–20 business days after processing
Rest of world: 12–25 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary with carrier and customs processing.

Tracking your order

A tracking link is emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow 2–5 days for the first tracking scan to appear.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delayed or lost packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email support@getlume.com and we'll track it down or send a replacement. You're covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee either way.
