We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, contact us at johnpork8202@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions for sending your item back. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos so we can review the issue.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, used personal care items, opened gels, and items not in original condition may not be eligible for return. Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Refunds
If your return is approved after inspection, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
